As a community interest company, we're held to strict standards on how we use our assets. Everything that governs Brighter Days is public — here it all is.
The Asset Lock
Brighter Days will not transfer its assets for less than full value, other than to another asset-locked body or otherwise for the benefit of the community. If the company is wound up, any assets remaining after debts are paid will be transferred to an asset-locked body approved by the CIC Regulator.

We benefit the residents and communities of Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin — in particular people experiencing bereavement, isolation, or poor mental or physical health — by supporting and strengthening the local organisations that serve them.
